Our school was founded in 1992 in an effort to provide the rapidly growing pet styling industry with knowledgeable and skilled groomers. Our goal is to educate those persons aspiring to achieve a pet grooming career that encompasses all aspects of the business, ranging from customer relations to reducing animal stress during the grooming process. Our 12 week program is designed to produce qualified stylists and business owners capable of satisfying their clients' needs with the health and safety of pets as a first priority. Our training is individualized utilizing independent study enabling students to progress at a pace that is both comfortable and flexible. Students are continually evaluated, counseled and advised in support of developing and honing critical skills. Written tests will be administered weekly to ensure proficiency in skin and coat conditions and to enhance breed recognition knowledge. Upon completion of our course graduates will be fully prepared to obtain and maintain employment as an accomplished groomer in any of the exciting opportunities available in the industry.
